New Member Applications
Welcome, to the process of joining Ontelaunee Rod and Gun Club, one of Pennsylvania’s premier Rod & Gun Clubs. All applicants seeking membership must first submit and pay for their application either online or through the mail, then applicants ages 18 and up, must complete the club’s orientation. Dues and initiation fees for all applicants are non-refundable. The list of attendees who completed orientation will be reviewed at the next general club membership meeting. Membership cards will only be issued to new applicants who’s completed application has been received, paid the associated dues and fees to the club and the funds have cleared, completed orientation and have been voted in as a new member at a monthly membership meeting.

Membership Runs from January 1st through December 31st and are Not Pro-rated!
You may apply with a ORGC 2023 Membership Renewal Application, or you may apply using the online application and payment system.

As a new applicant, you do not need to pre-register to attend an orientation, you just need to show up on time and attend an orientation on one of the scheduled dates. Orientation must be completed within 6-months of the club’s receipt of your application, failure to attend orientation within the 6-month deadline, will result in forfeiture of all funds and a new application being required to be submitted, with new payments.
