Update on membership renewal processing

We are aware of the delays and frustration some of our members have encountered the past few months as a result of the implementation of the new membership system last September and some resource issues we’ve encountered. We apologize and are working through the remaining renewals and should be completely up to date within 1-2 weeks. We ask that you hold off until October to renew for 2027 while we review our existing forms and processes (more to follow). We also want to make everyone aware that moving forward, all membership forms, donations and ticket purchases should be sent to the following address:

Ontelaunee Rod & Gun Club Memorial Patio Brick Fundraiser

Ontelaunee Rod and Gun Club is a private non profit 501 C3 organization founded in 1935. We are a multidisciplinary sportsman’s association promoting all shooting, hunting, and angling activities through a responsible membership, focusing on education, safety, and the preservation of our Second Amendment rights. We provide a warm and welcoming environment for our youth and adults within the community to develop sportsmanship, team spirit and comradery in an effort to inspire personal growth and development.

Our memorial brick project will allow individuals to purchase an engraved brick that will be placed in our new patio area adjacent to our clubhouse. Donors will have the ability to customize their brick with up to 3 lines with 20 characters per line. Individuals can remember and memorialize loved ones, friends, or pets. Additionally, donors can purchase a brick as a friend of Ontelaunee, showing support for the club.

Ontelaunee Rod & Gun Club is a members only club based in New Tripoli, PA, where families and friends from all over Pennsylvania, New Jersey and afar come together to enjoy the great outdoors with fishing, archery, hunting and a wide variety of shooting disciplines.

The club is nationally known for its dedication to its youth members, offering educational programs like Jakes Day, Hunter Safety, Junior Rifle and Junior Archery which junior members have used as pathways to scholarships in higher education and competing in national and international tournaments abroad.

This means that all donations are tax deductible! This includes (but is not limited to) donations to the Land Fund, Junior Rifle or Archery Programs, Archery Building and the General Fund. (Your membership dues and fish cards are not deductible though.) Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to the club when you renew (or anytime during the year)!
